If you haven’t visited Water World recently, you will want to add it to your summer bucket list for this year! With several new additions, and many of them targeted toward families, there is plenty of entertainment for everyone. Before you venture out at the park, be sure to purchase a tube valet service – it’s $30/family, and let me tell you, it is so worth it! The service not only allows you to bypass regular lines, you won’t have to carry your tube to the top of the hill, which can be quite the task even if your muscle-bound husband is hauling most of the weight Some of the best rides (based on giggles and screams) use the large, family tubes and are great for people of all ages – my daughter was just 13 months the first time she made her “Voyage to the Center of the Earth”.
The newest children’s area, the Big Top, offers kid-sized water slides, a mini lazy river, zero-entry splash pool, fun house, gondola ride to the other side of the park, kid-friendly dining area and more! Follow this link to the Water World website for details on the park and videos of their newest attractions: http://www.waterworldcolorado.com/. I think you’ll be surprised at how much they have to offer young children!
Keep an eye out for Water World discounts - they run promotions all summer long. Kids 40″ and under are always FREE.
